This site collects almost nothing. Here is all of it.
Who is responsible
Tobias Steffens, trading as TAKT

If you just read the site
No cookies. No analytics. No tracking. Nothing is stored about you and nothing is shared with anyone.
The fonts are served from this website, not from Google or any other outside service, so no third party learns that you were here.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which records standard server logs including IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect against attacks. That is the only processing that happens when you simply read a page.
If you fill in the form
You give three things: your email address, one line about what you would build, and which of three descriptions fits you.
What happens to it. The form sends it to a small program running on this website, in Frankfurt, which emails it to me and then forgets it. It is not saved in a database, it is not sent to a form company, and no outside service handles it. The email in my inbox is the only copy.
Why. So I can tell you when TAKT is ready, and decide who gets one of the thirty places. Nothing else. You will not be added to a mailing list and I will not send you anything you did not ask for.
Legal basis. Your consent, given by submitting the form. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
How long. Until the founding phase ends, or until you ask me to delete it, whichever comes first. Ask and it is gone.
Who sees it. Me. The email travels through my mail provider, Spaceship, Inc., which is a normal email host. Like every mail provider, their systems scan messages automatically for spam and malware. Nobody there reads your message and nothing in it is used for anything else.
Companies involved
Two, and only two.
Vercel Inc., United States, hosts the site. The program that handles the form runs in their Frankfurt region, so your submission is processed in Germany. Vercel's server logs are covered by their own data processing terms and, where data reaches the United States, by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Spaceship, Inc., United States, provides the mailbox the form email arrives in. Both companies are covered by data processing terms and, where data reaches the United States, by Standard Contractual Clauses.
That is the complete list. There is no third company anywhere in this, and no analytics, advertising or tracking company at any point.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to restrict what I do with it, ask for it in a portable form, and object to it being processed at all. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, and doing so does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Write to tobi@jointakt.com. I will answer within a month, and usually much faster, because there are thirty of you.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. The one responsible here is:

Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. TAKT is built on the idea that you should be able to see what happened, and that applies here too.
